Amenities

Our resort rentals are one and two bedrooms featuring queen and double beds. We have one King Bed Unit available. Units are stocked with toilet paper, linens including pillow cases, sheets extra blankets and towels. See the kitchen amenities below. Free on premise parking with room for snowmobile trailers, side by side trailers and your boat.

Kitchen

Our kitchens in out tiny home style units feature spacious counters and eat at bar. Appliances include air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, cooking basics including pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper and coffee. Coffee maker: Keurig coffee pod machine. Dishes and silverware, bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups etc… We also stock toilet paper. We have basic barbecue items for the grill including charcoal, bamboo skewers, iron skewers etc…

Entertainment

On premises we have a fire pit, cheerful Adirondack chairs and outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, corn hole game. Near by in Harbor Springs you will find a movie theater and a bowling alley with a game room. We are close to the ski slopes, beaches and trails.

Decor

Our resort rental units are comfortable and have been decorated to make you feel like you are in a tiny home style resort. The colors are neutral and soothing with decorative accents that lend a cabin or cottage atmosphere to the mix. Holidays we add additional decorative accents for a festive ambiance. Our sidewalks are paved and the landscaping includes wood chips and plants in between the units as well as cedar decks on each unit. There is a beautiful grassy front lawn area for activities in addition to the community fire pit and lounging area. Carbon Monoxide alarms and smoke alarms in place for safety.
